Taking a cue from my father and grandfather, a builder and stonemason respectively, I build with an eye toward quality and excellence. This dedication to the craft is what differentiates a Grammatico Signature Home. My passion as custom home builder is to turn homes that have long lived in my client's imagination into reality. To me, each home that we build or remodel is a unique expression of its owners' personalities and their lifestyle.
I currently hold an unlimited building license in the state of North Carolina and I have been building custom and speculative homes and condos for more than 30 years. As a hands-on builder, I personally oversee and orchestrate all aspects of the construction process. I manage teams of talented local craftsmen to ensure Grammatico Signature Homes feature distinctive design elements and are of superior quality.
